Cottage cheese pastry with apples and cinnamon. It is simply perfect. It turns out tender, flavorful, soft and very tasty. Even if children do not like cheese, such cookies, they will walk into both cheeks.

INGREDIENTS

  • Curd -200gr.
  • Flour - 230gr.
  • Sugar - 100 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 100gr.
  • Baking powder - 2ch.l.
  • Salt - 1 / 4ch.l.
  • Apple - 2-3sht. (300-350gr)
  • For the topping:
  • Sugar - 50g.
  • Cinnamon - 1st.l.
  • Step by step recipe for cooking
  • Curd put in a bowl of 200 gr., Add 100 g of sugar, pour 100 ml of vegetable oil. Break through all the blender until smooth. We measure out 230 grams of flour and add 2 tsp baking powder and mix.
    Add the sifted flour, to knead the dough curd mass. The dough turns myagoe elastic not cling to the hands.
    From apples remove the midway and diced. Add the apples to the dough and mixed. Take a tablespoon of dough and form kolobochki.
    In a bowl put 50 grams of sugar, add 1 tbsp cinnamon and stir. Boned cones in sugar and cinnamon. If you do not like cinnamon, you can just roll in sugar.
    We place in the laid paper pan for baking. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
