Step by step recipe for cooking
First, prepare the custard, milk is poured into a 600 pot. You can cook any custard, I'll cook the cream of the ready-mix, very convenient, take 2 packs and pour in the milk. Stir whisk until smooth, put on fire and cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until thick. Cream prepared.
Until the cream cools prepare cakes. Take pita bread and cut the way you want to circles or squares, I suggest simply cut into 4 pieces. I have 3 sheets of 150gr.
Now dry pita bread pan on both sides, about 30-40 seconds on each side.
