INGREDIENTS
Cucumbers - 1,5kg
Onion - 250g.
Vegetable oil - 100ml.
Sugar - 100 gr.
Salt - 50g. (2 heaped tablespoon)
Garlic - 3-4zubchika.
Vinegar 9% - 70ml.
Step by step recipe for cooking
Cucumbers well my 1.5 kg. Cut into cubes. Onions 250g we shall cut cubes.
In a bowl put the cucumber, add the onion, minced garlic, crush using 3 cloves of garlic and add to the cucumbers. Put 2 tablespoons salt, 100 g sugar, adding 100 ml of vegetable oil, 70 ml. 9% vinegar mix all, close tightly cling film and remove in a refrigerator for a day. During this time, you can mix the cucumber a couple of times, but this is not mandatory.
We obtain cucumber passed hours, put in the pan, put on fire, bring to the boil and boiled for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and immediately expanded in sterilized jars, cover with sterilized lids, jars upside down and wrap up, leave until cool.
