Pork loin "Rainbow", baked with cheese and carrots

An interesting variant of roasting pork, beautiful delivery and juicy meat - what could be better ?!

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of pork loin
3 carrots
onion
100 gr. cheese

3 garlic cloves
egg

0, 5, Art. wine
1 h. l. turmeric

4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise or fat sour cream
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. A piece of pork loin wash, dry with paper towels.

Make knife longitudinal notch 3, sprinkle freshly ground pepper and salt.

2. Onion cut into cubes and fried in vegetable oil.

3. Carrots grate and add to the onions.

Add salt and season with pepper and turmeric.

Pour a little water and stew.

4. Fry the vegetables cool.

5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place in frying. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream filling, mix well.

6. Carefully place the stuffing in each incision loin.

7. Tie the loin stuffed with twine and pour on top of vegetable oil or melted butter.

8. Loin put in a sleeve for baking, pour into dry wine, fasten the ends of the sleeves and the top make a small incision with a knife.

9. Bake original meat at 190 degrees about 1.5 hours.

10. Loin ready, remove from oven and sleeves.

Serve with any side dish.
