INGREDIENTS

  • Opara:
  • Milk -250ml.
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Yeast raw -25 grams (dry yeast - 8 oz.).
  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Dough:
  • Flour - 650-700gr
  • sugar -150gr
  • Vanillin - 1g.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Butter - 130g.
  • Vodka - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 / 4ch.l.
  • Salt - 1 / 3ch.l.
  • Raisins - 100g.
  • Chocolate glaze:
  • White Chocolate - 200g
  • Cream - 30ml (any fat content).
  • COOKING METHOD
  • First, prepare the sponge in the bowl pour 250 ml of warm milk, add 3 tablespoons sugar, 25 grams of raw yeast, 1 tablespoon flour, whisk stir and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
    At 150g sugar add vanilla and mix well. add 130g softened butter with sugar and fray. Splitting 2 eggs, stir whisk. Add 1 tbsp vodka. Add a little cinnamon. 1/3 tsp salt and stir. Opara came, add the egg mixture to the oil and stir the brew.
    Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. 100g raisins well wash out and dry, add a little flour and stir. Add the raisins to the dough and mix.
    Close the lid and remove in a warm place to rise for 1-2 hours.
    Divide the dough his molds, give up. We put them in a preheated oven bake at 180 degrees from 15-45 minutes depending on size.
    Prepare the glaze. The refractory bowl put 200 grams of white chocolate, pouring 30 ml cream, put in a water bath and stir until the chocolate is melted.
