Extraordinarily delicate pastries!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. flour
125 gr. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. l. sour cream
a pinch of baking soda
2 bulb onions
3 eggs
3 processed cheese
greens
Preparation:
1. Onions cut into cubes.
2. In a frying pan heat a little vegetable oil. Fry the onions in a frying pan until golden brown.
3. Take cold margarine, and it is better - butter. And grate.
4. Pour in margarine cup flour, add sour cream and a little baking soda (on the tip of a knife).
Quenching soda is not necessary - it will be enough acid from sour cream, baking soda to extinguish in the process of kneading dough.
All the ingredients are well mixed, you get a stiff dough.
Roll dough 2 balls of different sizes. Wrap in foil and the dough to rest in a refrigerator clean.
5. For pie filling fried onion, raw egg, grated cheese mix in a bowl.
Cut greens, add to stuffing. Season with salt to taste, add the spices if desired.
6. Most of the roll out dough to the shape of the size of baking dish.
Form of grease with butter, put the dough into the mold and make bumpers.
7. For the dough spread the filling.
Roll out the second piece of dough that is less, and cover it stuffing.
8. Coat preform cake beaten egg yolk.
9. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees.
Put the cake baked in the oven for 50 minutes.
