Admin

Tasty and lush casserole as a kid!

Ingredients:

350 gr. cottage cheese
50 oz. Sahara

1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. semolina
2 tbsp. l. flour
50 oz. raisins or dried apricots
a pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Cottage cheese mixed with flour, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, semolina and salt. Mix. Can be beat with a mixer, to the casserole turned out magnificent.

Council: for a gentle and smooth texture before cooking the curd through a sieve, or to bring to a pasty consistency in a blender.

For the classic cheese casseroles are used dried fruits: raisins, dried apricots or prunes.

You can add fruit and candied fruit to taste. Or use frozen berries - strawberries, raspberries or cherries.

Dried pre-rinse, to remove dirt and soaked in boiling water or brandy.

2. Prepared dried fruit, in this case, raisins and dried apricots Add cottage cheese dough.

3. All the ingredients are mixed.

4. Baking dish greased with vegetable oil or butter. Better to take the form of a small diameter, but higher - so casserole get more elaborate.

5. Shift weight to casseroles in shape.

6. Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Make sure that the casserole is not burnt.
If burnt begins - a little turn down the power of the oven or the door slightly open.
On the surface of the finished casserole should form an appetizing golden brown.

7. Casserole is ready!

Serve casserole hot or cold jam, jelly, condensed milk, cream or yoghurt.
