There are many variants of this pie - with raisins, nuts, prunes, but the basis for baking is very simple - flour, kefir, jam, butter, soda. The pie is easy to prepare and, I think, every housewife will find products for it. #vacation
Ingredients: flour, sugar, kefir, or fermented baked milk 2.5%, vegetable oil, any homogeneous jam, soda, Nuts, dried fruits, Frozen berries for decoration, Cinnamon, vanilla sugar, Powdered sugar for sprinkles
Cooking method:
In a bowl, sift flour with soda, add sugar and mix well.
Beat the egg, add kefir at room temperature, stir, grow butter and jam.
Pour the liquid part into the flour and knead until smooth.
In the meantime, we prepare dried fruits, soak them in hot water, soak raisins in alcohol, roast and chop nuts.
Add a little cinnamon, vanilla sugar, nuts, dried fruits to the dough and stir.
In a form covered with parchment, oiled, pour our dough (the consistency of thick sour cream) and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes. We take out the finished cake from the oven, cool and remove from the mold.
Decorate with powdered sugar, berries, pour your favorite drink and taste. Bon Appetit!
