Homemade bread according to the simplest and fastest recipe, the recipe is so simple that it couldn't be easier. You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, you just need to mix everything and leave to rise for 2 hours and you can bake.

Recipe:
Water -370 ml.
Dry yeast -7 gr. (or raw 10g)
Flour -500g.
COOKING METHOD
Pour 370 ml of warm water into a bowl, add 1.5 tsp. salt, without a slide and mix.
Measure out 500 grams of flour and add dry yeast 7 grams, and mix. You can add raw yeast, if I add raw yeast, then add 10 grams, dissolve in water and leave for 10-15 minutes to make sure that the yeast is working.
Add flour with yeast to warm water with salt. I don't add sugar. And mix everything with a spoon. Now cover with a towel or cling film and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
I put it in the oven and set the temperature there to 40-50 degrees. 2 hours have passed, the dough has increased well in volume 2-3 times. Sprinkle the table well with flour, put the dough on the table, knead the dough, make a small cake with our hands and now collect it like a bag.
We put it in a mold, it is better to take a thick-walled form for bread, a frying pan is suitable, I take a cauldron, grease it with butter, sprinkle it with excess flour and shake it off. I put the dough in and leave it for another 30 minutes for races.
Be sure to put a small baking sheet with water on the bottom in the oven so that there is moisture in the oven. I turn on the temperature 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
Now we take the bread out of the mold, wrap it in a towel and let the bread cool completely.
The bread can now be cut and served. The bread is cut well and does not crumble at all.
