Today I am sharing a recipe for lemon raisin pie. Delicate and very, very tasty. You definitely need to cook 2 servings at once, it just scatters with a bang!

Recipe:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Sugar -200gr.

Lemon zest -1 pc. (1 tsp.)

Kefir -300ml.

Vegetable oil -100ml.

Soda -1 tsp

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Lemon juice -1/2 lemon (3-4 tablespoons)

Flour -350g.

Raisins -100gr.

COOKING METHOD

First, rub the zest of 1 lemon, about 1 tsp, and pour boiling water over 100 grams of raisins. Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 200 grams of sugar and beat with a mixer, until the mass increases in volume for 5 minutes.

Add lemon zest to the whipping process. Pour in 300 ml of kefir, 10 ml of vegetable oil, add 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. salt and add the juice of half a lemon.

Mix and add 350 grams of flour. Mix with a mixer. We take a standard baking sheet from the oven, my dimensions are 30 by 40, cover with baking paper, pour the dough and level. Dry the washed raisins. Put it on top of the dough, evenly.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until tender. Be guided by your oven. We take out the cake and let it cool a little, it turns out very very tasty and tender. Prepare such a cake, and your family will definitely thank you. And now we will have tea and go watch TV with the whole family.
