If you wanted a simple homemade food, such as hamburgers, then this recipe is very simple and accessible. And the burgers on it - amazing!

Ingredients:

600 g of fish fillets
1/3 Art. rice
egg
2 slices of white bread
1 tbsp. water
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch of dill
4 tablespoons of flour or breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
oil for frying

Preparation:


1. Boil the rice until tender in salted water.

2. Fish fillets through a meat grinder and turned into mince.

Put the stuffing in a bowl, add the egg, black pepper and salt.

3. Soak in warm bread in water, squeeze off excess liquid, and also put to stuffing.

4. Dill and chives rinse under running water, dry and finely chopped.

Add greens in a bowl for the rest of the ingredients.

5. Then, in the stuffing to shift the cooled rice and mix well all until smooth.

6. Pour into the pan 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.

7. Moisten your hands with water and form patties.

8. Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs or flour.

9. Fry the fish cakes in hot oil on both sides until nice brown.

About 3-5 minutes on one side, then turn over and fry until cooked.

Ready to put cutlets on a platter and serve.

These cutlets delicious both hot and cold.
