Chicken fillet with a side dish of buckwheat in the oven - could not be easier!

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of chicken
0.5kg buckwheat
1 carrot
1 head of onions
3 small tomato
50 ml of vegetable oil
salt
2 garlic cloves
ground black pepper
2 bay leaves

Preparation:

1. Onions, peel and cut into strips. Also chop the carrot and garlic.
