Today cook absolutely amazing salad, or rather two in one. This mimosa salad and French. Get awesome tasty, juicy, bright dish. Ideal for the holiday table.

To start zamarinuem onions. One medium onion cut into thin quarters. To add the onions and a pinch of salt a pinch of sugar. Right hand on the board remembers the onion to become softer and let the juice.

I shift the onion in a bowl and add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of water. Mixed and set aside to the side. While preparing the remaining ingredients, onions promarinuetsya.

I receive carrots, and always fresh, for the French salad dressing. I rubbed it on a medium grater (can be on a fine).

Five boiled eggs divide into yolks and whites. Proteins are rubbed on a coarse grater, and the yolks - on a fine.

Canned pink salmon knead in a bowl with a fork.

Large, peeled sweet and sour apple slice with a knife into small cubes. Optionally, you can rub an apple on a grater. To apples add a little lemon juice, not to dark.

Salad collect in a ring diameter of 17 cm.

You can, of course, to make easier: one layer of each ingredient. But I decided this time to make a layered salad.

In the end, I got the following layers:

  • 1/3 raw carrots - mayonnaise
  • half of the salmon
  • pickled onions - mayonnaise
  • apple half
  • processed cheese - mayonnaise. Processed cheese grate well, if its pre-freeze in the freezer. And, of course, may optionally be replaced by any hard cheese.
  • 1/3 carrot - mayonnaise
  • 1/3 protein
  • half of the salmon
  • pickled onions - mayonnaise
  • apple half
  • processed cheese - mayonnaise
  • 1/3 carrot
  • yolks

For decoration on the top layer of the pile for a strip of paper, as in the photo. And sprinkled with grated yolk free segments. I send a salad in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
