Today I cook quite amazing appetizer salad. If a salad is on the table, the guests exactly give it priority! Try to cook it is unusual, interesting, tasty dish!

I pre-broth and cleaned beets. I have 4 large pieces, just turned 700 gr.

Beet rubbed on a coarse grater.

Beets to shift into a colander, lightly squeeze the juice.

Chopped prunes stripes. If prunes dry, it must first fill with boiling water for 10 minutes.

I send prunes beets. a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. I mayonnaise home.

Getting to the sauce.

Not cut into very small bunch of parsley. I embark on a bowl of a blender.

In the bowl of a blender send 60 grams of walnut and a couple of garlic cloves.

All are well pulverized blender.

In a bowl put 200 g of cheese, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. All ground thoroughly with a fork.

I am sending to the mixture of parsley BRYNZA with nuts. Thanks to them, the dish is very flavorful. Well mixed.

To collect salad - appetizer, I'll be cooking ring with a diameter of 17 cm. I put a ring on the plate, which will serve a snack. Edge forms obvorachivayu film. The film better stick to the sides, their grease with vegetable oil odorless.

Spread thin layer of screed and beet. Top layer of cheese with greens, approximately 1/3 of the total weight. Alternating layers.

I overlay film and tidy salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

I decorate the salad with dill on top. It was very tasty and interesting appetizer. Very nice look at the holiday table. Bon Appetit!
