Potato casserole with mushrooms and sour cream

Simple, hearty and very tasty dish.

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
300 gr. mushroom
onion
3 garlic cloves
150 ml of cream
2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
100 gr. cheese
salt
ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms cut into strips or slices.

2. Onions chop into cubes.

3. In vegetable oil fried mushrooms and onions.

4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese.

Garlic is passed through the press or grate. Add it to the cheese mass. To mix everything.

5. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into very thin slices, plates.

6. Baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

On the bottom of the mold evenly Place half of potatoes. Salt and pepper.

7. Distribute potatoes more than half of the cheese mixture.

In the mixture was put fried mushroom.

For mushrooms - put the second part of a potato and cheese mixture.

8. Bake casserole at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or slightly more depending on the oven.
