Baked cauliflower in the pan

Today a wonderful cook a casserole on the pan. It is very simple to prepare, but amazingly tasty and juicy.

For the preparation we need cauliflower, 650-700 gr. The recipe is good that previously boiled cabbage is not necessary, and only need to be disassembled into small florets. I pre-washed cabbage.

Prepare the cream sauce, 40 g butter in the pan posting.

And cook stirring until sauce thickens. I salt and add freshly ground nutmeg, a pinch literally. Again I mixed and sauce is ready.

In a little drive in the cooled sauce 4 eggs and whisk thoroughly stirred.

The resulting sauce pour the cabbage.

I add the finely chopped ham, smoked paprika and dried garlic.

All is well mixed.

I put the pan on the fire, grease with vegetable oil and spread cauliflower.

I cook at low heat, about 20-25 minutes on one side. Casserole on the edges should grab.

Covering a large frying pan and carefully turn over the plate.

I return to the casserole pan browned crust up.

Re-cover with a lid and bring to readiness for another twenty minutes. Be sure to check the readiness on a dry toothpick.

Baked obtained very tasty, both hot and cold. On the second day we eat it straight from the refrigerator. Casserole keeps excellent shape, with soft, it has a pleasant smoked flavor.
