Wonderful pastries for tea and a wonderful dessert for any holiday.
Ingredients for the dough:
100 gr. flour
100 gr. cottage cheese
25 ml of milk
25 gr. butter
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
5 g. baking powder
vanillin pinch
For cottage cheese cream:
300 gr. cottage cheese
2 eggs
30 oz. flour
50 oz. Sahara
vanillin pinch
5 medium pears
marmalade or jam for the lubrication of pears
Preparation:
1. Butter to melt in a water bath.
2. Mix in a bowl of curd, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla.
3. Sift flour with baking powder and put into a liquid mass. Knead a soft elastic dough.
Tighten the bowl with cling film and put into the refrigerator.
4. Two pears Wash, peel and cut into cubes.
Pour in pears 25 gr. sugar and stew in a saucepan until soft.
Add vanilla.
5. In another bowl, start to cook the curd filling.
Combine cottage cheese with eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
6. Peel remaining pears and cut into thin slices or wedges.
7. Control the dough from the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut a circle out of it a little more than the size of the baking dish.
Put the dough layer in the form of a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
And the edges of the dough to form a rim.
8. Share pears evenly on the dough.
Pour pear prepared curd cream.
Leveled shovel.
Neatly on top of pear slices.
The entire surface sprinkled with sugar.
9. Bake the cake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
10. Ready to get the cake from the oven and cover the top of any jam, to get a shiny surface.
Cake cut into portions and serve.
