Summing up 2019 and sharing my most readable recipes. Most of them are very simple and you can have time to prepare for the festive table.
In 2019 I released 287 articles, not all of them are recipes. Thanks to statistics, I can share some data, in particular the most read recipes on my channel.
I made the top in reverse order and most of the names of the recipes do not correspond to the title of the article in which it was published. Therefore, I will leave all links to recipes separately at the end of the article.
Place 5 - Simple cookie recipe
Figures: 133 thousand reads, 4065 likes
My mom loves recipes that don't require complex ingredients and are easy to scale. So when I shared this cookie recipe with her, she made it right away. She liked the cookies so much that her mother cooks them once a week for sure, or even more often.
Place 4 - American style blackcurrant jam
Figures: 170 thousand reads, 6319 likes
A simple recipe for making blackcurrant jam quickly. An American farmer shared it with me. There is nothing unusual about him, except that this recipe has been with him without use for about 50 years. In 2003, when the ban on blackcurrant cultivation was lifted in the United States, he was one of the first to revive the cultivation of these berries and the production of jam.
Place 3 - Recipe for Red Currant Jam
Figures: 198 thousand reads, 8475 likes
So to speak, a recipe-life hack. In it I tell you how to quickly and without hassle make seedless red currant jam without removing berries from small twigs. I have been using this method for a long time, but it turned out that not everyone is familiar with the method, so I shared it.
Place 2 - Recipe for clafoutis and why it is so loved around the world
Figures: 238 thousand reads, 6420 likes
The season of fresh berries and fruits is best for making clafoutis. In winter, you can make it with frozen berries or use winter fruit. I really love this recipe for its simplicity and quick preparation.
Place 1 - Bulk Pie Recipe 3 cups
Figures: 333 thousand reads, 14 thousand likes
I never thought that the most popular recipe on my channel would be one of the simplest. The bulk pie from my mother-in-law turned out to be the most readable and it seems that the simplicity did him only good.
Here's a top of the most read recipes in 2019 I got. During the New Year holidays, I will take a break from recipes, but I will continue to publish articles. Happy New Year everyone!
