While watching a movie, I ate 200 grams of grapes - 130 kcal.

No wonder I was recently asked you for advice, what movies and TV shows I still have to see. A lot of things have prompted from the fact that we have not seen. All recorded, downloaded, and are now looking at. Enough for a long time.

For dinner, I wanted an omelette in a pita. And even if I do not like a lot of carbohydrates in the evening, it's Saturday, my day eating sin.

Dinner came to 290 kcal.

During the day, I still ate peanuts on 100 kcal.

As a result, the day I got 1440 kcal. I ate what I wanted and how many wanted to, pre-weighed. Teach, that the body has sufficient amount of energy from food, and he does not ask for more and still takes from its reserves.

And glad that knowing that I can now eat more than usual, I was not drawn to the fridge and I do not push in all in a row. Today I did not even ate his norm. I still have a small deficit, and hence on maintaining weight (when I reach the desired result) is not so difficult.

I do not forget about water! Every time before the next meal drink a glass of water. And slowly drink during the day. And my second drink - it is a green tea with jasmine. Sometimes I make it with sea buckthorn, sometimes with Melissa.

By the way, about the desired result. Not so long ago, I thought that reaching 75- 77 kg, I may stop and lose weight will decide on whether or not by reflection in the mirror and being.

77 kg is the upper limit of my normal BMI.

And now, less than a kilo becomes, the more I'm picky I look at myself in the mirror. And you know, I'm more and more do not like the way I look and want more to throw off excess weight and throw well. Certainly 75 I will not stop.
