If you are fasting, then sometimes you can make such a salad.
We offer you two options. There are no fish or eggs in them!
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 carrot
2 beets
onion
sour apple
lean mayonnaise or soy mayonnaise
salt
pepper
a sprig of dill or rosemary for decoration
Preparation:
1. Boil all vegetables, cool and peel.
2. Finished vegetables can be grated on a fine grater or cut into smaller cubes with a knife. Set aside half of the beets for decoration.
3. Wash, peel and grate the apple. We recommend sprinkling the apple with vinegar or lemon juice to avoid darkening.
4. Peel and chop the onions into thin strips. then cubes. You can also pickle the onion in a mixture of vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt.
5. Lay out the salad in layers: onions, potatoes, apples, carrots, beets. Salt each layer to taste and season with ground pepper. Brush with lean mayonnaise.
Let the salad soak and serve. Before serving, garnish with boiled beetroot flowers and dill or rosemary sprigs.

2. Bake the eggplants in the oven, then chop the pulp. If you cook from zucchini, you can fry them.
3. Fry the onion in cubes separately.
4. The salad is laid out in layers: fried onions, potatoes, eggplant or zucchini, again onions, carrots and beets. It is no longer necessary to grease the layers with mayonnaise.
