How to cook cabbage deliciously? Here, almost verses are obtained. But we will still cook cabbage. For example, in crispy batter.

Ingredients:

2 fork young cabbage (not large)
4 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Peel the cabbage forks from the upper leaves, cut the stalk. Then cut each fork in half and into wedges.

2. Boil water in a large saucepan, add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Boil cabbage slices in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove them from the boiling water with a slotted spoon and put them on a paper towel to let the liquid glass.

4. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
The batter is fuller and tastier if you beat the yolks separately from 1 tsp. l. table mustard. And the proteins in a lush foam with a pinch of salt.

Then combine both mixtures by simple stirring.

5. Dip each slice of cabbage in the egg mixture and then dip in a bowl of bread crumbs.

6. Fry cabbage "almost schnitzels" in vegetable oil until crusty.

Serve with hot sauces. For example, with sour cream and garlic or just with mayonnaise.

Good both hot and cold.

How to make sour cream garlic sauce?

Ingredients:

200 ml sour cream
2 cloves of garlic
salt
dill
hops-suneli

Preparation:

1. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Can be grated on a fine grater.

2. Finely chop the dill. If you put such dill together with garlic in one bowl, beat a little with a blender, you get a green garlic paste.

3. Add pasta or garlic with dill, salt and a spicy mixture to the sour cream. Not necessarily hops-suneli.

4. Mix. Leave to brew for 15 minutes. Done!

It is very tasty for any vegetables. Especially with potato pancakes and cabbage cutlets.
