Jelly to strengthen joints

Admin

An excellent, simple, affordable and inexpensive tool. See for yourself!

In the cold season, even in young people, joints crunch and hurt. And it doesn't matter if you have a sedentary job or you are a young athlete-swimmer, like my son. Joints make themselves felt and quite often.

What to do? Find ways to help restore cartilage and joints themselves, and preferably natural and healthy. Such are the home remedies. In our case, "empty jelly", as his grandmother calls it.

How to relieve pain and swelling in arthritis?

This is a jelly made from rich meat broth on the bones. Sometimes pork or beef, but more often on the cheapest chicken. And we do not use bones from the carcass, but paws.
Well, the ones that are cheapest in the meat department or in the freezer box in the supermarket.

So, here's how to make the most valuable and useful remedy for joints out of these unsightly semi-finished products?

It's simple!

Ingredients:

1 kg of chicken paws
2.5 l of water
1 head of onion

How to cook:
1. It is advisable to defrost the paws, wash, cut off, which is not pleasant.

2. Pour the paws with water and put on medium heat. When they boil, drain all the water. Just drain into the sink. She is not needed.

3. Pour the allotted 2.5 liters of water to the paws and add a whole onion. It is not necessary to clean it, but you need to cut off the tip with roots and tail.
You can add a couple of garlic cloves, a whole celery root, or a carrot.

Important!
There is no need to add salt and seasonings such as bay leaf or pepper!

4. Put the saucepan on the smallest heat and, with a low boil, cook the legs for 1.5-2 hours until they are completely boiled and the liquid is half as much.

5. Throw the paws on a sieve over the pan, press lightly so that the glass is all viscous and jelly from them. We don't need paws anymore.

6. Strain the broth, preferably through 2 layers of fabric. When transparent, it is more attractive.
By the way, it can be tinted with beetroot juice, greens or turmeric.

7. Allow broth to cool slightly and pour into containers or bowls. It is better to make small portions so that you can eat one at a time.

8. Remove bowls or molds with broth in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours. At night, too.

9. Frozen jelly is eaten with pasta or potatoes in a bite. Or just with mustard and bread.

Why is this "empty jelly" useful?

It contains natural, natural gelatin containing collagen, a protein found in the structure of bones, cartilage, tendons and skin.

Collagen in jelly promotes elasticity, cartilage regeneration and joint strength.
And for youth, he is also important: shiny soft hair, skin, nails - all from him.

By the way, do you know this American actress Salmu Hayek? She is now 53 years old and she claims that exactly the same decoction or jelly made from bones helps her look great.

Maybe her face was tightened by cosmetologists, but she clearly supports her figure and flexibility with collagen. So why don't we try?

Health to you!
