Ingredients:

2 l of water
150 c. smoked sausage

100 gr. ham

100 gr. bacon or carbonate

2 pickles

100 gr. olives, pitted

2 tbsp. l. tomato paste

salt

pepper

Vegetable oil - for frying

Lemon feed

sour cream

Preparation:


1. To boil water.

2. Cut into julienne ham, sausage, and other deli meats that are there.

3. Onions cut into cubes.

4. Fry onion vegetable oil until golden brown.

5. Put cold meat in a frying pan to the onions and fry him.

Add the tomato paste.

6. Zazharku put in boiling water.

7. Broth boil, add salt and season with pepper to taste.

8. Pickles grate and shift into the pan.

9. Olives cut into slices and add to the soup.

10. Soup to boil, remove from heat and close the lid.

Let stand for 20 minutes.
