A variation on the theme of potatoes for lunch, dinner and for a snack. Let's try?
Potatoes are the only food that never gets boring.
It can be cooked and served with butter and dill, or mashed with milk, and baked over a fire or in the oven, made chips or fries in oil.
It is not difficult to make delicious potatoes, especially since they are inexpensive and always available.

Ingredients:
1-1.5 kg potatoes
1 hour l. salt without a slide
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
dill
1 glass of kefir or sour milk
How to cook:
1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into slices. No more than 3-4 mm thick.
2. Mix kefir with salt and dry herbs (dill, basil).
3. Grease a baking dish with oil.
4. Arrange the potatoes in a form in layers so that the circles overlap each other in the form of scales.
5. Pour kefir mass over potatoes in the form. Do not stir!
6. Cover the form with foil and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining oil on top and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
You can serve directly in the form.
