some water or milk

How to cook:
1. Beat one egg with a pinch of salt. Pour in about half a glass of warm water or milk.
2. Pour in the sifted flour, as much as the dough will take. You should get a not very tough and at the same time tender dough.

If in doubt, add a pinch of baking soda, it won't get any worse, and the dough will turn out a little more fluffy.

Next, put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Divide the finished dough into balls and roll out. Grease each with tomato paste, sprinkle with a little cheese, then the filling and again a pinch of cheese.
4. You can bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees or in the microwave for 7-8 minutes.

Pizza on curd dough

Ingredients:

200 gr. flour
200 gr. curd
egg
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 hour l. Sahara
1 hour l. salt
0.5 tsp l. soda

How to cook:
1. Put cottage cheese, egg, sour cream, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.

It is better to take cottage cheese soft, pasty.

2. Stir the curd mass thoroughly until smooth. 3. Then add the sifted flour and soda (it must first be extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice).
3. Knead the dough. It should be soft, elastic and very comfortable to work with. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest on the table. For 10 minutes.
4. Divide the finished dough into 4-6 parts, or you don't have to divide it if you want to make 2-3 large pizzas.
5. Roll out the dough, prick with a fork, brush with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, add the filling and cheese again.
Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
