Chicago salad

Ingredients:

smoked chicken thigh or leg
hard cheese
fresh champignons
onion
boiled eggs
salt
mayonnaise
tomato
vegetable oil

How to cook:
1. Chop mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil.
2. Collect the salad in layers: chicken meat in cubes, grated cheese, mayonnaise, boiled eggs crumbled with a fork, mayonnaise, mushroom frying, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise and fresh tomatoes on top in thin semicircles. Salt everything to taste.
Keep the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Done! It turns out just super!

Valeria salad

Ingredients:

1 pack of crab sticks
200 gr. Korean carrots
50 gr. hard cheese
2 eggs
1 clove of garlic
dill
green onions
salt
ground black pepper
mayonnaise

How to cook:

1. Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut into cubes.
2. Chop eggs, garlic, green onions and dill.
3. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, mix. Season with salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.

"Passenger" salad

Served in the 60s of the last century in train dining cars.

Ingredients:

300 gr. beef liver
3 onions
1 carrot
2 pickled cucumbers (not pickled)
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

How to cook:
1. Peel the liver from films, rinse and cut into pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
2. Cut the finished cooled liver into thin strips.
3. Chop pickled cucumbers into cubes or straws.
4. Peel, chop and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown onions and carrots.
5. Combine liver and cooled roast, add cucumbers and mayonnaise. Add salt if necessary.

Salad "Prague" or "Prague"

Ingredients:

150 gr. pork
150 gr. beef (or chicken)
2 pickled cucumbers
1 fresh cucumber
1 red or yellow bell pepper
1 apple
1 head of onion
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
100 ml mayonnaise
salt
ground black pepper
parsley
vegetable oil

How to cook:
1. Cut the meat into strips and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
You can use only chicken or only pork. It turns out very tasty anyway. But in the restaurant version of the meat there should be two types.
2. Peel the onions, cut into half rings and fry until they become onion ring chips.
3. Cut the apple, bell pepper and cucumbers into strips. Some people use only one pickle and in vain. The combination of fresh and pickled or pickled cucumbers is incredible!

Important! As soon as the apple is cut, sprinkle it with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
4. Combine cooled meat, apples, peppers and cucumbers in a large salad bowl. Stir, salt and season with ground black pepper. Season the salad with good quality mayonnaise before serving.

How to serve: Put the salad in a slide on a flat plate, on top of the rings of fried onions and fresh herbs. Decorate with lettuce, balsamic vinegar, etc.

Salad "Sissy"

Ingredients:

300 gr. poultry ham
2 fresh cucumbers
100 g hard cheese
3 boiled eggs
1 clove of garlic;
salt
mayonnaise

How to cook:
1. Cut the ham and cucumbers into equal strips or cubes.
2. Peel and crush the eggs with a fork.
3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
4. Put ham, cucumbers, eggs and cheese in a salad bowl. Add chopped garlic. Season with salt and mayonnaise.
