DIY Prague cake: simple, super tasty and incredibly chocolate

Why are all the desserts and cakes from the store or from private pastry chefs so lusciously sweet? No taste, unfortunately.
There used to be cakes... Mmmm... Today I will tell you how to bake real "Prague", how it was baked in the USSR.

Ingredients for the dough:

0.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
200 gr. sour cream (15-20%)
1/2 can of condensed milk
50 gr. dark chocolate (75% cocoa ("Babaevsky Lux" or "Babaevsky Elite" or other)
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp. flour
1 hour l. baking powder
vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cake syrup:

3 hours l. with a slide of instant coffee
3 hours l. Sahara
1/2 cup boiling water (or hot boiled water)
1 hour l. cognac or vodka

Glaze cream:

100 g butter
1/2 can of condensed milk
50 gr. dark chocolate (you can use half of the bar that was used in the dough)

Preparation:

1. Mix eggs with sugar and beat until foam with a mixer. Add sour cream, condensed milk, chocolate and cocoa melted in a water bath.
Beat everything again.

2. Sift flour, mix with baking powder and vanilla.

Add the mixture to the dough and knead it with a spoon (not with a mixer).

3. Divide the dough into 4 parts and in a round shape, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, bake 4 cakes or in a rectangular shape (baking sheet) one and cut it into 4 parts on a round plate.

5. Prepare the syrup for the cakes: dissolve coffee and sugar in boiling water. Pour in brandy or vodka. Stir until all ingredients come together.

6. Now it's the turn of the frosting cream. Soften the butter to room temperature, add condensed milk and chocolate melted in a water bath.
Beat everything with a mixer. Get a beautiful creamy shiny glaze.

7. We collect the cake. Soak each cake with syrup and use a brush, leave for 10 minutes. Then brush with frosting cream.

Cover the entire cake with icing on top and refrigerate (preferably overnight).

You can pour over melted chocolate or make a mesh with it.
