Beans for salad can be boiled in advance, or you can use a can of canned beans in your own juice.

Important! Bean salads are very hearty and high in calories. Therefore, it is better to replace lunch or dinner with such a dish.

Salad with white beans and croutons

Ingredients:

200 gr. sausages
2 eggs
1 can of canned white beans
1 bag of rye croutons
mayonnaise
greens
salt

How to cook:
1. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Also chop the sausage.
2. Mix dry canned beans with sausage and eggs.
3. Add chopped greens. Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt.
4. Only at the very end, pour a bag of croutons into the salad and serve immediately.

Salad with beans and crab sticks

Ingredients:

can of red beans
Cherry tomatoes
yellow or orange bell pepper
crab sticks
hard cheese
garlic
salt
mayonnaise

How to cook:
1. Dice cheese, bell peppers and crab sticks.
2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Pass the garlic through a press.
3. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Salt. Season with mayonnaise.

Beans, Chicken and Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

red canned beans
hard cheese
smoked cheese (sausage)
boiled chicken fillet or smoked chicken breast
crackers
mayonnaise

How to cook:
1. Dice the chicken.
2. Grate both types of cheese.
3. Drain the liquid from the beans and rinse with cold water.
4. Stir in the chicken, cheese and beans. Add croutons and garlic if desired.
5. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
