And then I decided that I should tell as many people as possible about this in order to somehow help get rid of excess weight. After all, I myself would be grateful if I met such a blog as soon as possible.

My diet for the day.

One of my favorite breakfasts is red fish sandwiches. Today I have perfect sandwiches: on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with avocado (50 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (70 g). And also green tea.

I say all this to the fact that you need to find a way to lose weight that is comfortable for yourself, which will become not just another diet, but a diet on an ongoing basis. Why give up your favorite products when you can fit them into your daily KBZHU, with pleasure eat and then you will not dream of sweets at night, leading like a lunatic to the refrigerator and the next frustrating.

So today I knew that I would have borscht for lunch, which means there will be a lot of free calories. I figured it out in the menu counter and saw that 2 oatmeal cookies fit perfectly into my menu today.

And I drank tea and cookies at work an hour after breakfast (50 g) - 150 kcal. Because they looked at me and I really wanted to eat them.

Because of the cookies for a snack, I have very light snack tomatoes (200 g) with 20 g of sour cream 10% and a chicken egg (55 g).

Just got a snack 150 kcal.

Lunch is cooked in advance and for several days. For lunch, a plate of borscht (poured thick and came out 500 g), sour cream 10% (40 g) and bread (20 g) with cottage cheese 15 g).

Lunch is just 290 kcal

I spent almost all day today at the computer. Nothing interesting happened. My usual working days.

Didn't even cook today. Cook pasta for dinner - it doesn't count. Or for someone, this is cooking and you have to stand at the stove for half a day?

My dinner consisted of 120 g of boiled pasta made from durum wheat combs, chicken roll with curd cheese and pesto sauce (110 g) and 100 g of cucumber.

Went out dinner for 345 kcal. I just forgot to take a picture of him, they started talking to me today.

And in the evening with tea I ate 30 dried mangoes 95 kcal.

The whole day turned out to be 1450 kcal. B - 109, F - 55, U - 140.

We drink water, do exercises, maintain a small calorie deficit, monitor the balance of BJU and grow slimmer for our pleasure.
