Adapted from a recipe of delicious Georgian dishes to modern realities.
Ingredients:
a hen
3 tomatoes
2 peppers
5 pieces. onions
30 oz. butter
salt
Spice (ground black pepper, ground pepper, bay leaf, dried garlic)
cilantro
basil
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Melt the butter in a bowl Multivarki.
2. Onions, peel and cut into half rings.
Sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and transparent.
Share on a separate plate and set aside for a while to the side.
3. Wash the chicken carcass with running water, a little dry.
Cut the chicken into portions pieces and sprinkle with a little salt.
Lay out the chicken pieces in multivarku, fry each side for 3-5 minutes, so that was formed on the chicken appetizing golden brown.
If lean chicken, add the cup of vegetable oil.
4. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, making the cross-shaped incisions on each, and then remove their skins.
Chop the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Send tomatoes in multivarku to fried chicken.
5. Sweet pepper put on the pan, send in an oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the stalk, seed box, cut into small cubes and put pepper to the tomatoes.
6. Close multivarku and cook all in the "Putting out" within 45 minutes.
7. When extinguished chicken with vegetables, return the onion in multivarku.
8. Greens wash, dry and finely chop.
9. Add salt, spices, close the lid and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
10. Done!
Serve immediately to the table hot.
