The basis for the pizza, I took a thin (Armenian lavash). The main thing here is not to miscalculate when buying pita and buy delicious. I choose pita bread not white, dense structure and a little toasted, tonyusenkoy, even in the hole locations. Here's a pita bread in my opinion the most delicious.

Half pita smeared cream cheese about 25 grams (I have a soft cheese "Cottage"), and has covered the second half.

He cleaned in an oven at 180 g to melt the cheese. About 15 minutes.
It turned out well, very tasty!
Of course, you can add the ingredients to your taste and experiment with stuffing. But this option has now become my favorite).
