Ingredients: champignons (small), natural yogurt, spices, salt as needed, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Wash mushrooms.
If you have large champignons, then they need to be cut into four parts, medium ones - into two, very small ones do not need to be cut.
Add spices to the mushrooms (it is better to use some kind of salt. I have Abkhazian red salt. It can also be green salt, Adyghe salt, etc., but you can also mix any spices), yogurt (preferably thermostatic or bio yogurt. I had the Greek "Teos". Maybe vegan yogurt). Mix everything well. I did it with a cellophane glove.
Let it brew for 2-3 hours. Can be refrigerated or at room temperature if not too hot.
At the bottom of the container, liquid is most likely formed, it can be drained, or left. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, grease with a little oil. If the liquid has not been drained, then you can not lubricate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
