We won't have time to look back and it's time to celebrate the New Year. So that the world does not happen, but there will be a festive dinner!

We offer you several options for roasting juicy pork, which everyone, without exception, will like.

Pork with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients:

pork (pulp)
salt
ground black pepper
ground red pepper
fresh tomatoes
garlic
hard cheese
mayonnaise
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. You will need several pieces of meat according to the number of guests. That is, we take a kilogram or more of a pork neck, tenderloin or kabonat and cut it across the fibers into slices. Wash each slice, dry with a napkin and slightly beat off if desired.

2. Sprinkle the meat with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and ground red. You can take paprika, marjoram, rosemary - if you like. Wrap the meat in foil and put in the refrigerator to marinate.

Ideally, make such a blank on the eve of the celebration, and remove it from the cold 1-2 hours before cooking.

3. Grease a mold with butter, put the pork slices and squeeze a clove of garlic on each piece through a press. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

4. Place the slices of a large tomato on top and cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake the pork pi 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then reduce to 170-180 degrees and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the pieces of meat).

Pork with pineapple and French mustard

Ingredients:

pork pulp
canned pineapple rings
French (Dijon) mustard beans
salt
cheese
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Put portions of pork in a greased form.

2. Season the meat with salt and top with French mustard. For each piece of meat, 1 tsp. l. mustard.

3. Cover everything with pineapple slices and a handful of grated hard cheese.

4. Put the mold in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours, cover with cling film or foil.

5. Bake before serving for about 30 minutes, then remove and sprinkle with cheese again. If the meat is not very fatty, then add a couple of tbsp. l. liquid syrup from pineapple.

6. Continue baking until tender.

Pork on an onion pillow with wild mushrooms

Ingredients:

pork (pulp)
onion
vegetable oil
hard cheese
mayonnaise
sour cream
mushrooms
salt
ground black pepper

How to cook:

1. Cut the pork into portions across the grain, beat lightly and grease liberally with sour cream. Place the steaks one on top of the other, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then get it out.

2. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Put a lot of onions on the bottom in large half rings. Chunks of pork on the onion.

3. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Cover with foil again and place in the cold.

4. Prepare any fresh mushrooms: boil forest mushrooms and fry with onions, champignons can be fried immediately.

5. Mix the mushroom frying with a little mayonnaise and grated cheese. Put the mushroom coat on the pork in an even layer.

6. Bake the meat at 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
