Fish baked in Greek cheese

Tasty and healthy dish! I recommend to cook.

Ingredients:

1 kg of white fish fillets
3 tomatoes
150 c. cheese (feta or cheese is better)
200 gr. sour cream or 150 ml
4 cloves of garlic
salt
ground black pepper
dill or parsley
green onions

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes are washed and cut into half-rings, then into strips or cubes.

2. Every green chop, leaving a few sprigs to serve.

3. Garlic is passed through the press.

4. In a bowl, mix the herbs, tomatoes and garlic. Season with salt and add sour cream or cream.

5. Cheese grate and add to the vegetable mass. Mix.

6. Lay baking foil and drizzle with vegetable or other oils.

7. Fish fillets cut into portions, salt and pepper and season, and then put on a baking sheet.

8. Carefully tablespoon or arms spread out on each piece of fish a little cheese and vegetable mixture.

9. Put the pan with the fish in the preheated oven. Bake the fish in Greek about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

10. Prepare fish Serve hot, garnished with vegetables and herbs.
