No time for complex dough and baked goods? Try this method of making a delicate cake - this is a real "help" for all mothers, grandmothers and many men.
Ingredients:
300 gr. minced meat
about 1 kg of white cabbage
8 Art. l. flour with a small slide
1 glass of kefir
1 glass of mayonnaise
3 eggs
salt
pepper and seasonings as desired
1 bag of baking powder or 0.5 tsp l. soda
vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Chop the cabbage, put in a saucepan or deep frying pan and pour in about half a glass of boiling water. Blanch it after boiling the liquid for 1 minute and immediately drain the entire mass from the colander.
2. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil. Salt, season with ground pepper and other spices. You can add dry Provencal herbs or fresh herbs of dill, parsley, basil.
3. Combine cabbage with minced meat, if you have time, then it is better to heat the whole mass for several minutes over low heat in order to combine all the tastes of the products.
No time - then just cover the filled dishes with a plate or towel and leave on the sidelines for 5 minutes.
4. Pour one glass of mayonnaise and kefir into a bowl, add baking powder or soda. Beat with a fork. Here, break all the eggs one by one and whisk with a whisk or mixer and add flour.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle a little with flour or semolina.
6. Pour half of the dough on the bottom of the mold, spread the cabbage-meat filling on top with a spoon and pour everything evenly with the second part of the dough.
7. Gently put the form with the workpiece in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Check that the cake is done with a wooden stick or toothpick.
Remove the baked goods from the oven, leave in the form for a couple of minutes, and then put on a dish with a towel. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Such a pie is very tasty hot, but even cold, it remains tender for a long time. You can take it with you to work for a snack or lunch.
