Tasty, easy and most importantly - the budget! Thus prepared grandmother in rural furnace to family feast. And all was not enough, this potatoes!

Ingredients:

1.5 - 2 kg of potatoes
2 tbsp. l. melted butter
1 tbsp. l. dried herbs (dill and seeds, parsley)
0.5 liters of milk
1.5 hours. l. salt
1 h. l. ground black pepper

Preparation:


1. Potatoes Wash and clean.

Cut into slices tubers. You can do this using a grater or better in your hand - a knife. The thickness of the dots is not more than 2-3 mm.

2. Mix the potato cups with melted butter. Add salt and season with black pepper.

3. The ceramic or glass baking dish lay potatoes, so that all the circles formed horizontally.

Sprinkle with herbs.

4. Pour potatoes fat milk. Country always fatter shop, so you can pour into the mold a little cream.

Potatoes get softer.

5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

6. Cover the form with foil or a lid to the potatoes are dried up in the first few minutes of baking.

7. Put the potatoes in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Then, get, remove the foil or lid and return the form in the oven.

8. Bake the potatoes in the milk of another 15-20 minutes before it is ready.

Serve such potatoes directly in the form of the table. It is eaten very quickly, great as a side dish to any meal.

Especially good with homemade pickles, baked a shish kebab or a bird.
