An easy way to cook delicious chicken for lunch or dinner. Useful and not difficult.
Ingredients:
3 pcs. chicken fillet or 1 large whole breast
200 gr. not fat cottage cheese
a bunch of greens (dill and green onions)
0.5 tsp l. turmeric or hops-suneli
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. l. milk
vegetable
breadcrumbs
salt
ground black pepper
How to cook:
1. Wash the greens, dry on a towel and chop finely.
2. Grind the curd with a fork, add herbs and milk. Mix. So pass the garlic into the curd mass through a press. Add turmeric or suneli hops, salt and ground black pepper.
3. Prepare the breasts. They should be portioned neatly shaped, large enough so that you can make a longitudinal cut in them and get a pocket.
4. Stuff the fillet with the filling - just put in 2-3 tsp. l. into each cut of the curd mass. Connect the edges of the incision, can be secured with toothpicks.
5. Brush each fillet with vegetable oil and immediately roll in breadcrumbs.
6. Place prepared breaded pockets in a baking dish and place in a hot oven.
7. Cook the breasts at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. You can periodically water them with the allocated juice.
They are very tasty both hot with a side dish or salad, and as a cold appetizer, cut into slices.
