This dish got its name for a reason - it really looks very tender and has a juicy, velvety taste. Tenderness salad with chicken and prunes is ideal for festive tables set in honor of women's holidays, or for a romantic dinner with your beloved. It is created quickly if you have boiled ingredients at hand - you need to cook chicken fillet for 25 minutes in advance, and chicken eggs for about 15 minutes, after cooling in ice water.
A prerequisite is to add chopped slices of fresh cucumber and leave for 5-10 minutes to liquid came out of it, then squeeze out and only then put it out, otherwise your salad Will "float"!
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken fillet - 1 pc. (large)
Boiled chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc. (long)
Smoked prunes - 150 g (pitted)
Walnut kernels - 70 g
Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food. Purchase pitted smoked or dried prunes (with smoked ones - the taste of the dish will be replenished with a slight hint of haze).
Rinse dried fruits from dust and pour into a deep container, pour boiling water over and leave for steaming for about 15-20 minutes.
Peel the boiled cooled eggs from the shell, rinse in water and divide into yolks and whites. First grate the whites into a separate container. Then rinse and grate the yolks. Don't mix them with each other.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into slices, and each of them into medium or small cubes. Pour the slices into a deep bowl or bowl, salad bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and draw a mayonnaise grid on the meat.
Remove the steamed prunes on paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Cut it into small cubes and place in a salad bowl. Spread a mayonnaise net over the prune layer.
Grind the walnut kernels in your hands, but not until crumbled. Sprinkle them on a layer of dried fruit. Nuts can be substituted for peanuts or hazelnuts.
