Greetings to all losing weight who have looked at my blog.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of57kg.

Have you tried all the tasty treats that were on the festive table? I, yes, the only thing I didn't eat was baked pork.

But at the same time, at the festive table, on a jump, I did not greatly exceed my daily calorie intake (taking into account breakfast and lunch).

I hope that over the holidays I will keep at least my current weight and will not get better.

My 1st January went something like this:

Waking up at lunchtime, we had breakfast (no matter how strange it sounds) with sandwiches on whole grain bread.

I also drank tea with chocolate and dried fruits.

We celebrated the New Year at a party, so we went home in the late afternoon. And already at home we had dinner (or had lunch) with dumplings, which I stuck on before the New Year and they turned out to be so useful today.

So January 1 flew by unnoticed. We did not have time to wake up, as the evening came). Does everyone have it?

And on January 2, I again went into battle with extra pounds. Although I have not so many of them left, but as they say - appetite comes with eating. So for me, having lost as much weight as I did not even plan to - I want to achieve even greater results.

And today I again count calories and create myself a deficit.

For breakfast, two boiled eggs, Darnitsky bread (30 g, I didn't have time to bake home-made whole grain) with butter (less than 5 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (40 g). Of course, green tea is my constant companion.

Breakfast came out on 400 kcal.

For some reason we all wanted canned fruits, bought peaches and pineapples. I know perfectly well about sugar in the composition and I also know that sugar can be perfectly fit into your daily KBZHU.

Snack - 175 g of canned peaches and green tea.

It turned out to be a snack for 115 kcal

For lunch today we decided to cook chicken broth with noodles (durum wheat) - after the festive table we want a light hot broth.

For lunch - 300 g of chicken broth, 30 g of vermicelli. And there was a salad (boiled chicken breast, pickled cucumbers, champignons, garlic and a lot of herbs), which was filled with 15 g of sour cream 10%. Lettuce - 150 g.

Lunch - 410 kcal.

For dinner, boiled buckwheat (150 g) and 120 g of chicken drumstick stewed with vegetables. It turned out to be a dinner for 355 kcal.

For the day it turned out - 1280 kcal.

All the same, when you do not prepare everything at once and a lot for the holidays, it is much easier to resist temptations.

And the fact that I cooked my favorite sweets during the week before the new year helps me now to keep from eating everything in the world. But at the same time I ate my favorite jelly, and profiteroles, and herring under a fur coat, and all sorts of salads. But all this is not in one day, but rather a night. But for a week.

And the holidays are still going on and there is still time to please yourself and your family with new delicious dishes.
