How I make tartlets myself. Now you can not buy in the store

If you like to cook tartlets on the festive table as a snack, then my recipe is for you. I will tell you how I make these baskets at home, it turns out much tastier and more profitable than buying in a store.

Ingredients:

flour
butter
eggs
salt
* sugar (for tartlets with sweet filling)

We take 100 grams of soft butter, which we take out of the refrigerator 2 hours before preparing the tartlets. Beat the butter with a mixer until airy.

If you are making tartlets that will be stuffed with something sweet, add half a glass of sugar to the butter. If you are making for savory filling, then you do not need to add sugar, or a pinch just to improve the taste.

Add half a teaspoon of salt, one egg and continue beating with a mixer until the mixture is smooth.

Then add flour - about 300 g and knead the elastic dough. We do this with our hands. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

And now the most difficult and painstaking thing is to make tartlets. I take the usual muffin tins, put the dough circles in the tins and press them tightly against the sides. I carefully cut off the excess dough from above with a knife so that the tartlets are even. We make several punctures with a fork.

We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. You need to remove the tartlets from the mold only after they have completely cooled down. And after that you can put any fillings in them. Bon appetit, friends!
