Prepare the NAPOLEON SNACK CAKE. Such a cake is perfect as a cold snack on any festive table, it will impress your guests not only with its taste, but also with its appearance and will replace any flaky salad.

If you do not have time to mess around with puff pastry, buy ready-made napoleon cake layers, or ready-made yeast-free puff pastry and bake the cakes - this will shorten the time for making the cake.

Ingredients for the cake:
Puff yeast-free dough 1kg
Canned food in oil 1 can (tuna, saury, pink salmon, mackerel)
Pickled onion 1pc
Eggs 4pcs
Hard cheese 150g
Mayonnaise Cream cheese 100g
Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
Boiled carrots 1pc
cherry tomatoes, herbs for decoration

For the cake you will need 12 cakes + 1 crumb cake for sprinkling

COLLECT the CAKE in the following order:

Lubricate the bottom of the plate with mayonnaise so that the cake does not slip on the plate and soak from the bottom. On top, lightly grease each cake with mayonnaise and lay out the green lettuce leaves.

Grate eggs on a coarse grater, add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix. Spread the filling on the lettuce leaves, spreading it evenly over the surface.

Mash the fish cake in oil with a fork, add the oil from the canned food and mix, the filling will be juicier.

If desired, canned food can be replaced with fried mushrooms or boiled chicken meat.

Brush the cake with mayonnaise and spread the pickled onions on top.

(Marinade for onions: salt 0.5 tsp; sugar 2 tbsp; vinegar 2 tablespoons pour boiling water and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, then drain the liquid).

The next layer is tart cheese with mayonnaise grated on a coarse grater.

Grate the boiled carrots on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise and grease the next cake.

After a layer of carrots, grease one cake with an egg and mayonnaise, and the last cake with cheese and mayonnaise, cover with a dry cake.

To prevent the cake from staying dry, just put a load on top, then it will be well saturated. Naturally, the decoration of the top of the cake can be done after removing the load. Such a cake looks bright and appetizing, it is perfectly cut.

Before serving, line the top of the cake with cream cheese, and lightly brush the sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crumb from the cake layers. Top with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
