All this is familiar to me, I went through all this until I gained 132 kg of weight and came to my senses.
If everything that has been tried many times does not lead to the desired result or the result is fleeting, then you need to change your attitude to nutrition, change your lifestyle. This is the only way to not only lose weight, but also maintain the achieved result.
Constant diets and a return to regular eating will keep you in a vicious circle.
He helped me lose weight and learn to control my diet, balance it - calorie counting and BJU.
As an example, I will show my menu for the day.
Breakfast is one of the fastest you can think of, it seems to me - these are sandwiches. On rye bread (65 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (70 g). And also green tea.
Breakfast is higher by 375 kcal.
I was completely lazy. Stopped baking homemade whole grain bread. I buy whole grain bread or rye bread, or I eat ordinary Darnitsa bread, which I buy for my family.
And this is really lazy! Indeed, in order for me to cook bread, I only need 5-7 minutes of my time - the rest is done by the oven. I somehow even timed the time - my record for kneading dough, forming a loaf and sending it to the oven - 5 minutes, taking into account the time for washing used dishes. 5 minutes! Is it so hard to find 5 minutes to bake flavored bread? No, it's not difficult, no matter how busy you are. I honestly admit that I am lazy, although I really want a fragrant bread.
I just wrote it and I felt ashamed. It is necessary to buy kefir and bake bread in the end!
When you admit to yourself, you realize that laziness rules you, and not a lack of time - somehow both the opportunity and the time to do something for yourself immediately appear.
Today, another masterpiece flew in in the comments, I wanted to show it to you, but there is obscene language - so I just sent it "to the garden."
The meaning of the comment was: "in order to lose weight, you need to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks for yourself every day, and also for the family separately, because THIS they won't eat, it's a fact! And that means we need to "obscene language" not to work and only stand at the stove and cook. "
How convenient, right? I didn’t try it, I didn’t offer it to my family, but I’ve already concluded that THIS will not be there. And the fact that IT is being prepared for several days, for his convenience, the author of the comment did not notice. And now inaction is justified, and now the conscience has calmed down.
But this is the choice of each of us. It is convenient for someone to justify himself and not do anything, while someone will come to his senses and start to act, find both the time and the opportunity to become better, become lighter, become younger and improve health.
I, too, at one time justified myself: my bone is wide, and such heredity, and hormones are naughty. And if hormones are naughty, then do not lose weight at all. And it's expensive - to lose weight. But the excuses ran out.
I'd like very much that at least someone who has read this text now also finished with excuses and began to act.
Back to the menu. I took a break for a snack, closed my laptop, which I sat down at right after breakfast, and went to make a cake for 5 minutes in the microwave - a banana, an egg, cocoa and baking powder - all I needed. Garnished with peanut butter (20 g) and a couple of grams of pine nuts.
The snack turned out to be high-calorie, but I know that it fits perfectly into my diet for today - 330 kcal.
I had a snack at work, did not waste time, and I have such a habit of having a snack while working.
Since after lunch I will go to the procedures and will only return for dinner, and everything that was prepared for we ate a few days (only left for lunch) - put potatoes and chicken to stew before lunch breast. We’ll come home and have supper, and we’ll stay for tomorrow.
For lunch I warmed 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 170 g of beef goulash (weight with broth). Lunch at 290 kcal.
After lunch I immediately ran to the minibus, almost was late today due to traffic jams. And I do not like to be late and do not understand people who are always late everywhere. I believe that this is disrespect on their part for others.
At home, I warmed up the stew I cooked in the afternoon and everyone ate it, everyone had a delicious meal.
Dinner - stewed potatoes with chicken breast in sour cream-tomato sauce (300 g) - 270 kcal.
In the evening, 3 hours before bedtime, I drank green tea and chose 50 g of cheese as a snack. I had to get proteins and, most importantly, fats. Cheese - 175 kcal
The result of the day is 1440 kcal. B - 102, F - 60, U - 111.
Often they ask me about sports while losing weight. Once again, 80% of success in losing weight is dietary change.
Today my answer in the comments is that I don't go in for sports, only physical education, and losing weight is basically a change in diet. Do you know what they wrote back to me? what impossible lose weight without sports, at least count these calories. Impossible.
I, of course, know that there are fans of sipping iron, running on tracks, and so on. They are fixated on sports and are trying to prove to everyone that only sports can help you lose weight.
Sport is good when you are healthy, young, and not overweight.
But let's think, it's not just that we were given a brain. What kind of sport can we talk about if the weight is 100 kilograms or more? Yes, even 80-90 kg is still very hard for the body. For a long time, the body was carrying a huge excess weight, joints, blood vessels, and a heart suffered. And we are offered to load an already worn-out organism with excess weight.
I always urge you to think with your head, think about your health. Except for you, no one will think of him! Not a coach in the gym, not advisors.
For myself, I chose walking with a weight of 130 kg. There was a period when I went to the pool for a month (there was such an opportunity). The less the weight got, the more I added different exercises.
I was doing exercises at home - regular physical education, doing exercises for the legs and arms. Over time, I began to do the bar, connected dumbbells and a fitness tape. Now I have an ellipse, I walk on it a little, but every day.
I'll make a reservation that I do not advise anyone to act like me. But I ask you to think about your health before you do anything and go to pull iron and start running with a weight of 100+ kg.
