Such a dish as funchose with squid will certainly delight lovers of seafood. The noodles are prepared easily and very quickly, today squid cooked with vegetables will accompany her. This salad is suitable for a festive table as an appetizer or even as an independent dish. By the way, you can cook funchose with squid in fasting.
Ingredients:
Funchoza - 200 gr.
Carrots - 100 gr.
Frozen squid - 400 gr.
Sweet pepper - 80g.
Bulb onions - 80 gr.
Tomato - 120 gr.
Vegetable oil - 80 ml.
Ground black salt and pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
To prepare the salad, we will need all the products listed above. When choosing a pepper, give preference to red. We take the freshly frozen squid out of the freezer in advance, let it thaw completely at room temperature.
We wash and clean vegetables. For this salad, all the ingredients are cut into strips. Therefore, we cut the onions in half rings, sweet peppers, previously peeled from partitions and seeds, into strips.
Three carrots on a Korean grater. We will not cut the tomatoes in advance so that the juice will not be released ahead of time.
We rinse the squid under running water. Place in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave for a couple of minutes and drain the water. After such a hot shower, the squid easily peels off the film.
We clean seafood, rinse. Cut in half, cut out the insides, if any, and the chitinous plate. Cut into narrow strips.
Fill the noodles with boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions and carrots first over low heat, stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes (cut into narrow slices).
Now we cook the vegetables under the lid. Fry for a couple of minutes, the tomatoes will let juice.
Then add the squid and mix. We cook for a few more minutes. Our task is to stew seafood in tomato juice until tender.
Salt and pepper to taste. For hot spices, add hot spices to taste, such as red pepper, Korean carrot dressing, or hot chili.
Add glass noodles to vegetables and squid. We mix. We shift funchose with squid into a salad bowl.
The salad can be served warm or cooled down, it will be equally tasty.
