This lazy breakfast option will appeal to anyone with a healthy diet. And also for those who do not want to waste time cooking in the morning.
This oatmeal is prepared in the evening. All you need to do is put oatmeal, yogurt and your favorite fruits or berries in a jar and leave overnight. And in the morning we enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients (per 1 liter can):

  • yogurt (kefir) - 200 ml
  • oatmeal - 5-6 tbsp. l.
  • jam - 2 tbsp. l.
  • flax seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
  • blueberry
  • peach
  • raspberries

Step by step recipe

1. Cut one peach in half. Cut half the peach into cubes.

2. Putting breakfast together.


We take a clean liter jar.
Pour about 200 ml of unsweetened yogurt without fillers at the bottom of the jar. You can also use kefir. We pour 2 tbsp. l. flax seeds. We also fall asleep here about 6-7 tbsp. oatmeal. The oatmeal is not boiled. I use Hercules oatmeal.

3. Add 2-3 tbsp. l. apricot or any other jam. You can also add sugar.
Put the blueberries. Prepared slices of peaches. And pour in raspberries.

4. Mix the entire contents of the jar.
All berries or fruits can be used according to your taste or those that are available. In winter, frozen berries or fruits are great for breakfast. This amount of ingredients per liter can is enough for 2 servings of breakfast.
We cover the jar with a lid and put in the refrigerator for the whole night.

There is no need to prepare breakfast in the morning, as it is already completely ready. We put it on a plate and enjoy.
