Cheese mini-khachapuriki: preparing a funny, delicious and quick snack

Ingredients:

1 pack of cottage cheese
100 g cheese
3 eggs
150 gr. flour (preferably rice)
20 gr. butter
100 ml milk 2.5%
a pinch of salt
1 hour l. baking powder

How to cook:

1. Grate part of the hard cheese, and cut the second part into small cubes so that the cheese stretches appetizingly.

2. Beat eggs and salt until smooth. Add cottage cheese.

3. Melt the butter, cool slightly and mix with eggs, cottage cheese and cheese.

4. Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture. You can take wheat, oat or rice. Begin kneading the dough, very carefully, being careful not to damage the cheese cubes.

5. Divide the cheese dough into silicone molds for 2/3 of the volume.

6. Bake the muffins in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Readiness to determine with a dry toothpick.

The top of the finished muffins will turn golden - it's time to get out of the oven.

It is better to serve while still hot, so that the cheese stretches.
