You always need to start with cleaning - sort out the trash in some places of the house, tidy up the cabinets in parts and arrange the laundry. And where everything has already been disassembled - start decorating your home.
Of course, the flashing lights of garlands in the windows always create a great New Year's spirit, but simple paper snowflakes from childhood also work great.
As a result, if every weekend you find a couple of hours to parse and decorate some corner in the house, then by mid-December you will already have at least a little glimmer of the feeling of an approaching holiday.
And do not forget about the aromas - these are dark chocolate, tangerines or oranges, apples and necessarily sprigs of needles. Real!
You yourself will not notice, but you will already be waiting for the New Year! The holiday will be!

Interestingly, giving gifts is much more enjoyable than receiving. Probably because every gift we bought with our own hands is beautifully wrapped and hidden until the right moment, anticipating the reaction of the gifted.
However, it is very difficult to please someone now; both participants in the process are more often disappointed than happy about this.
We recommend that you do not spend too much on the purchase of a New Year's gift, but get along with nice little things, useful souvenirs and just nice trinkets.
And an important point - even when celebrating the New Year with a large company (at home), gifts should be for all guests!

This is the most important part of any holiday, especially the New Year. Here you can walk around and come up with something special or cook familiar dishes.
In modern realities, the best option is to use old Soviet (mother's) recipes, those that are economical and satisfying.
For example, mayonnaise salads, French meat, sandwiches with herring caviar or forshmak, etc.
But you can diversify all this with the help of snacks, cuts, fruits and sweets.
And do not forget about white beautiful dishes, glasses, white candles, red ribbons or balls, green spruce branches.
We are all adults and few will lead the New Year's Eve with a glass of juice or mineral water, so think over all your drinks in advance and make the appropriate stocks.
In a month, these goods will not become cheaper, but we may even be limited to sales on such days.

And why did all the holidays at home come down to a plentiful table and strong drinks? How did we forget about songs with a guitar or just all the friendly drinking group? And dancing?
Well, we came up with everything ourselves, what and how we will have fun! That's an order!
