📕Salad ingredients: сал
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Boiled potatoes - 1-2 pcs. (depends on the size)
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Cucumber - 1 pc. (a long)
Canned corn - 1 small jar
Fresh parsley - small bunch
Salad onion (purple or white) - half head
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste

✨What do we do first if the recipe contains boiled potatoes... Of course, we boil it.
We do this in a uniform - that is, in a peel. Then cool, peel and cut into small cubes, like on Olivier. We put it in a deep bowl.
Simultaneously with potatoes, cook chicken meat in a separate saucepan. To make it juicier, you need to put it in already boiling water, and it is better to salt it at the end of cooking. You can also put carrots, onions, bay leaves, a few peppercorns and your favorite spices in a pan with chicken fillet, but this is at your discretion. We also cool the boiled chicken meat and cut it into small cubes like potatoes... Or we simply disassemble it by fibers, but not too finely.
While we are dealing with potatoes and chicken, you can boil eggs. We also peel them and cut them into cubes, and cut a fresh cucumber in the same way. We put everything in one bowl.
Add corn to the salad, after draining the liquid from it.
Finely chop the parsley and salad onions. You can also take an ordinary onion, scalding it with boiling water so that excess bitterness and pungency is gone.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and add a little salt to your taste. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream mixed to taste with lemon juice.
It remains only to mix everything thoroughly, and you can try.
