Option number 1 - with vinegar or sterilization

Ingredients:

1 kg dry white beans
1.5 kg of tomatoes
1 tbsp. l. salt
1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 hour l. black peppercorns
5 pieces. bay leaf
1 cup 3% vinegar

How to cook:
1. Rinse beans and soak in cold water for 5-6 hours. Then replace the water and put it to cook for about 1 hour.
2. Wash the tomatoes, cut and roll through a meat grinder.
3. Add salt and sugar to the tomato puree, boil.
4. Add spices to the boiling tomato: peppercorns and bay leaves. You can add your favorite spices, such as hot chili peppers or garlic, and sweet peas or cloves. This will change the final taste of the workpiece.
5. Place cooked beans in hot tomato sauce. Simmer at a low boil for 20 minutes, at the end pour in vinegar and boil.

Vinegar is optional, but it is best stored with it.
If you don't like it with vinegar, and there is no cellar, then the beans will need to be sterilized right in the jars.

6. Arrange hot beans with juice in sterile jars, close the lids, put them upside down, cover with a warm blanket and wait until the jars are completely cool.

Beans in tomato for the winter with vinegar or sterilization can be stored in a dark cabinet in the apartment.

Option number 2 - baked in tomato

Ingredients:

1 kg red beans
0.5 kg of tomatoes
2 onions
1 tbsp. l. top salt
1 hour l. Sahara
vegetable oil
0.5 cups vinegar 9%
sweet peas bay leaf

How to cook:
1. Pre-soak the beans and boil until half-slick (they should not fall apart and boil).
2. Cut the onions into half rings and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
3. Turn the tomatoes into mashed potatoes with a meat grinder or blender.
4. Put the tomatoes over the onion and simmer all together for 5-10 minutes.
5. Put the beans and onions in the tomato into a cast iron or large baking dish. Stir, add salt and sugar, pepper and bay leaf.
6. Place the mold in a hot oven (180-200 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. 4 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
7. Put the beans hot straight from the mold in sterilized jars and close with boiled lids. Cover with a blanket to cool and put away for storage.
