Preparation:
1. Gut fresh mullet, peel, remove the gills and pellicle in the abdomen.
Frozen, maybe already peeled. But fresh mullet is much tastier, its meat flesh is denser and it is much more aromatic than frozen.
2. Mix 1 tsp salt in a bowl. l., ground black pepper 1 tsp. l. and spices for fish dishes 1 tsp l. This is a mixture for 1 kg of fish.
3. Grate half of the lemon along with the peel and pulp. It is best to keep lemons in the freezer for this purpose, as frozen ones are easier and easier to grate.
4. Combine the lemon mass with spices and stir until a paste.
5. Grate the carcasses on top and inside with a spicy composition, remove the cold place for 20 minutes.
6. Wash a bunch of greens, shake off and chop.
7. Put the mullet on the foil greased with vegetable oil.
Make longitudinal cuts along the surface of the carcasses.
8. Put 1 tbsp into the belly of the fish. l. chopped herbs and a piece of butter. You can take 1 tsp. l.
If you like fish with a garlic flavor, then also add 1 clove of minced garlic with herbs.
9. Sprinkle the mullet with lemon juice.
Important! Lemon juice makes the mullet meat even more tender, gives the finished dish interesting flavor nuances.
10. Cover the fish with a second sheet of foil, transfer to a baking sheet and put all this delight in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
11. Bake 1 kg of mullet for 30 minutes, this will be more than enough.
Take out the baking sheet, remove the top of the foil and brown the fish for another 10 minutes.
Everything! We take it out and serve it to the table.
