Kebabs at home? Easily! Keep a great kebab recipe in the oven

Even in the apartment you can have a real picnic with barbecue and other delicious snacks. And most importantly, the meat will turn out almost like charcoal!

Ingredients:

1 kg pork (can be replaced with chicken - thighs)
0.5 kg of onions
1 hour l. salt
1 hour l. ground black pepper
1 hour l. seasoning mixtures for kebabs
3 tbsp. l. vinegar
1 glass of kefir

How to cook:

1. Rinse the meat and cut off everything you don't need - films, skins, cartilage. Then cut into small and beautiful pieces.

2. Put the meat in a bowl, sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper.

3. Leave 1 onion, and peel the rest into small cubes or mince.

4. Pour vinegar into the onion, stir and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
If the onion is "evil", then add 1 tsp. l. sugar and 1 pinch of salt in the marinade.

5. Transfer the pickled onions to the meat and stir the meat with your hands. Add barbecue seasonings or a variety of spices, but this is already to your taste.

6. Pour the pieces of meat with kefir and do not touch for about two hours, leaving in the refrigerator to marinate everything properly.

7. Now string the marinated meat on the skewers and transfer them to the baking sleeve.

This is where you need that whole onion. It needs to be cut into rings and used when stringing meat to alternate.

Tie it with strips at the ends and make several puncture holes on top.

Important! The sleeve is needed so as not to overdry the meat and keep all the aromas with the juice inside.

8. Bake the kebab in the oven or airfryer for about 25-35 minutes.

We recommend baking potatoes or other vegetables separately on a baking sheet.

Serve ready-made shish kebab with salad, lavash, potatoes and... drinks in a large mug if desired.
